Numbers

Year 1 Revenue
~$111K
Year 2 / Steady-state
~$278K
Year 1 Take-home
~$45K
Year 2 Take-home
~$138K

Year 1 = 10 Stream A + 3 Stream B orders/month. Year 2 ramps 2.5×. Year 3+ holds at Year 2 steady-state — workshop pace, not growth pace. Take-home figures account for self-employment tax, federal + GA income tax, self-employed health insurance, and operating expenses.

Capital

Launch capital: ~$185K. Self-funded. Research-grounded. Largest line is land — 10 acres in the North Georgia foothills (~$100K mid-range; target counties Pickens / Gilmer / Fannin / Bartow). Infrastructure ~$40K (slab, greenhouse, walk-in cooler, vessels, aeration, GA EPD permit). Pearl Method equipment ~$5K. Year 1 setup ~$15K. 15% contingency ~$25K.

The land is the safety asset. If the business doesn't reach projections, the property retains value as an improved agricultural tract with utilities, infrastructure, and a permitted composting facility. Specialized equipment is <5% of total investment. Full research: /land.html.

Brand

Stream A: "Memory you can hold."
Stream B + Line 3: "Unconditional love regrown."
